While the news JonBenet Ramsey’s parents have been cleared of her killing does not bring closure on the case, one has to hope it will be the end of the media’s fanatical coverage of the little girl’s death. Sure the JonBenet case has all the hallmarks of a great story: a mysterious and macabre murder of a child, parents as chief suspects, a ridiculously photogenic middle-class white girl, and stacks of footage of her parading around at beauty pageants. But surely the way the media latched onto it says a lot about the way the news works, our priorities as a society –  and how… click HERE to read on.

    Hey Tim, long time, what’s with the log in thing these days?
    Listen, I don’t mean to alarm you, but in the 8th par you wrote “organization”, and I’ve tried a few times over a Livenews to get it changed, but no luck. You know I will notice that forever now, right?
