Writing and presenting is great fun but I also like to get amongst it and do a little live speaking.

That’s why I spend a lot of time speaking at or MCing events that range from la di da do’s at The State Library to Universities to Rock Concerts and the occasional shopping centre.

There’s also a variety of stuff I do in schools – a ‘Truth In The Media’ talk, designed for modules in the HSC English syllabus, and I also present a talk on ‘What Citizenship Means’.

Obviously I often speak at political events and fund raisers. I can even arrange comedy sets with fellow Chaser alumni Charles Firth or Julian Morrow.
